Attention: Preregistration for CONTACT 2005 is closed.  If you are a US citizen or permanent resident foreign citizen with a green card, and wish to attend CONTACT, you can register at the on site desk on Building 3 on Moffet Field. For information during the conference, call the NASA Ames Conference center at 650-604-2926 and they will have one of the CONTACT staff return your call.

Be sure to state how many registrations you want, and of what kind (senior, student, etc.). We would like a mailing address, phone number, and email address in case it becomes necessary to contact you before or after the conference.

You may pay by credit card or check. For credit cards, we need the name on the card and the billing address (if different from the registration address) along with the number and the expiration date. Checks should be made out to CONTACT 2005. If your check has your contact information printed on it, there is no need to duplicate that elsewhere.

Email addresses are useful for disseminating information about the conference, schedule changes if any, and so forth, but are not required. Contact registration information is not sold or given to third parties except as required to process financial instruments.




***IMPORTANT*** Since the conference will be held at NASA Ames Research Center, everyone attending needs to be able to show photo identification at the gate. Photo ID has to be government issued. A driver's license is sufficient for US and Canadian citizens. Otherwise, passport or green card is needed. If one is under 17 years old, there is no badging done.

All Non-US and Non-Canadian citizens who plan on attending the Contact Conference at NASA Ames must contact Helen Stewart (helen.j.stewart@nasa.gov) and/or Martha Del Alto (martha.e.delalto@nasa.gov) at least 6 weeks in advance, prior to February 13, 2005 for explicit instructions for visitor badges to the NASA Ames Research Center.
