CONTACT 2012 Registration
To register we ask that you do two things:
(1) Provide, if available, a mailing address, email address and phone number for you in case we need to inform you quickly of a schedule change, cancellation, or other unanticipated circumstance. Also provide the type and number of registrations you are making. Registration information is stored off-line with non-Microsoft software and will not be given to third parties. If you need a form, you may copy and paste the following into a word processor or and email window (this is not an interactive form)

(2) Provide payment.
(a) By mail: If you mail in your registration, you may include a check with the registration information. We recommend that you do not send cash.
(b) On line: If you wish to pay on line, please use the Paypal button below. The Paypal button has the three dollar amount options listed below; use the scroll-down arrow at the right of the button to see the other two. If you have made some other payment arrangement, then use the "Donate" button farther below and provide the agreed-to amount. Note that rates are subject to change (for instance, if hotel tax rates change), so lock your rate in now!
The current registration rates for CONTACT 2012 by category are:
Full adult price: $90
All category early bird discount price (until 15 Feb 2012): $55
Student/Senior(60+)/Staff pre-reg discount price: $60
General at door registration: $100
Single day at door registration: $40
CONTACT 2012 Banquet
The CONTACT Banquet this year will be on Saturday Night, 31 March 2012. The banquet price is $35. For planning purposes, we need to have all banquet reservations in by 20 March 2012
Donations:
Donations to CONTACT are greatly appreciated. You may also use the Donate button to send amounts that differ from the registration and banquet categories above.
